While they struggle to manage medical bills, they must also find a way to pay for gas, parking, flights, lodging, and time away from work. Costs that add up quickly and can push families to the brink.
In rural and low-income communities, options for safe, reliable travel are limited or nonexistent. When families can’t afford the journey, children risk missing or delaying life-saving treatment.
That’s why Compass to Care exists – to remove these financial and logistical barriers so every child can reach the care they need, no matter the distance.

Funds gasoline, parking fees, and train fare.
Compass to Care’s ACCESS LIFE program covers 100% of all transportation expenses for our beneficiary children and families, including gasoline, parking fees, and train fare.
CARE & BACK
Funds Uber & Lyft.
Compass to Care’s CARE & BACK™ program utilizes the Uber and Lyft transportation networks to secure safe, reliable, and readily-available transportation for families without access to a vehicle.
FLIGHTS OF HOPE
Funds airfare, lodging, and ground transportation.
Compass to Care’s Flights of Hope program fully funds airfare, lodging, and ground transportation so children can access distant clinical trials or other life-saving cancer treatment.
Empowering Parents Saving Lives
