Jalpa Patel, Pharm.D., is a seasoned Medical Affairs professional with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin. Her extensive training includes an ASHP Oncology Pharmacy Specialty Residency at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, showcasing her strong foundation in oncology as an oncology pharmacist.

Currently, Dr. Patel serves as the Global Scientific Director at AbbVie, where she leads the Specialty Pipeline programs in Medical Affairs (a part of R&D).  Jalpa’s focus is on medical drug development strategy and scientific communication.  A Chicago resident, Jalpa is excited to work in oncology philanthropy to support pediatric cancer patients and their families.
